TACTIC 2024 – Regional Connectivity
South Australia’s supply chain has clear potential projects over the next decade, that the future is very bright for the region with over $20 billion of project spend in the pipeline.
The 20th Tactic Conference and Trade Expo, is an annual event designed to connect industry and our members to major projects in the Upper Spencer Gulf and beyond. The two-day event to develops business relationships and profit from doing business in mining, energy, renewables, resources, infrastructure, and defence industries. Modifying Factors worked with the TACTIC team to provide facilitation and strategy support for the event. With over 850 attendees this years event was packed with relevant speakers, including an opening address by Minister for Energy and Mining, Hon. Tom Koutsantonis along with updates from all major projects including the Hydrogen Jobs Plan and Northern Water.
